How the service works
Tell us your date, venue and guest count. We will confirm exactly what is included, how it reaches the venue and what we need from you.

We prepare your event QR
The same shared event code can be used on the poster and personalized place cards.

Guests scan and upload
They take a new photograph or choose existing photos and videos from their phone.

Download before expiry
The gallery remains available for seven days after guest sharing ends, with a warning sent 48 hours before deletion.
Questions customers ask
Is the gallery public?
No. Event galleries and guest upload pages are excluded from search engines and are accessed through the event link or QR code.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests scan the code and use the browser on their phone.
How long is the gallery available?
Files can be viewed and downloaded for seven days after the configured guest-sharing period ends. They are then permanently deleted from OurMoments.
