Your seven-day gallery
Photos and videos are available to view and download at any time during the seven days after the configured guest-sharing period ends. The host receives a warning 48 hours before expiry. At the exact expiry time, all files are permanently deleted from OurMoments and cannot be restored.

Frequently asked questions
Do guests need an app or account?
No. Guests scan the event QR code and use their phone browser.
Can guests share videos too?
Yes. Guests can add both photos and videos to the shared gallery, and the host can download both during the access period.
When does the seven-day period begin?
It begins at the exact configured end of the event’s guest-sharing period. Our system stores that moment in UTC and shows the corresponding local time.
Can files be restored after deletion?
No. Download all photos and videos before expiry. Longer-term storage can be discussed separately, but files are still deleted from OurMoments after seven days.
